What are Kitchen Units Made From?
We only use materials from leading industry manufacturers to ensure that our high quality is not compromised and that your investment is worthwhile.
Our units are made using an 18mm melamine-faced chipboard, also known as MFC.
It has a superior strength capability, easy to use during manufacturing and installation.
Whichever range you choose, our kitchens are manufactured to withstand the test of time. Resistant to stains and scratches.
All of the kitchens we sell are complemented with quality fittings.
Our leg system has a base span of 76mm, and each leg has a twist and lock system enabling you to lock legs into position during installation.
All edges are finished with ABS edging; colour matched to the kitchen being manufactured.
No two kitchens we manufacture are the same.
Following your order being placed, during our programming stage, our manufacturing techniques allow customer customisations to be made.
What Type of Kitchen Doors Do You Sell?
Kitchen door styles and finishes change with trends over time, above you can see some of our best sellers (our online range is a smaller offering than what's available in our showroom).
Our kitchen door finishes range from Solid Oak to Ash Painted to ultra-modern Handless Gloss or Matt finishes.
Our new made-to-measure Netherby Premium range enables you to keep up with European kitchen designs at a fraction of the price.
All finishes have been tested against modern everyday lives. These tests include resistant stains along with scratch testing.
These manufacturing tests help you to know that your new kitchen will give you years of enjoyment when looked after.
Do You Offer Coloured Kitchen Doors?
Our door range is available in various coloured finishes.
When choosing your new kitchen from our selection above, you will be given a choice of finishes.
We offer High Gloss finishes, Matt Painted Finishes which are available throughout our whole range of Kitchen doors. All of our Wood painted Kitchen doors are made using Ash.
Do You Offer Bespoke Coloured Kitchen Doors?
We can paint any of our kitchen doors to match a Ral number provided.
This service will be charged extra. Once you have approved sample finishes, your order will be done within 6-8 weeks.
Do You Offer Flat Pack Kitchen Units?
Currently, we do not offer a flat pack service.
However, if you have a requirement, please contact us with more details, and we will see what can be done.
Rigid Pre-fitted Kitchen Units
As standard, all our kitchen units are delivered with your chosen kitchen door installed.
We will, however, sometimes deliver larger units with the doors not fitted; these will be drilled and ready for installation onsite.
All our kitchen units are put together using screwed fixings from the sides. During ordering, you will be given the choice of our standard fixing (screwed) or concealed, meaning you won't need any plant-on-end panels.
During the ordering stage, you will also be given the option of door handing. LH Drill means the door will open to the left, and RH Drill means the door will open to the right.
Any unit mechanisms purchased from ourselves can be fitted in the unit you require. This service is optional and charged at an extra charge.
This service is handy if you are fitting your new kitchen, saving you time and money when paying an installer.
Rigid Pre-Fitted Kitchen UK Delivery
We deliver throughout the UK using our own transport and external courier companies.
All of our deliveries will be only the person. You will need at least two able-bodied people to help unload. Our deliveries are kerbside only.
If you require assisted deliveries, please contact us with your requirements.
Once orders have been placed, we will confirm all details via email. You will be notified of your expected delivery date within 7 days of ordering.
Most complete kitchens take 3-4 weeks to manufacture.
Any failed delivery that has been arranged will be classed as a failed delivery, and the full redelivery charge may be charged again.
Some Frequently Asked Questions About Our Kitchens
Do you offer a Kitchen Fitting service?
Currently, we do not offer an installation service for online Kitchen orders.
What Are Standard Sizes?
Base unit standard sizes are 720mm in height, and Kitchen unit legs are extra and normally 150mm in height. This enables plinths or kickboards to be fitted.
Wall Unit standard sizes are also 720mm. However, we also offer lower height wall units for those smaller rooms at 575mm and higher wall units at 900mm.
Standard widths for Base and wall units are 300, 400, 450, 500, 550, 600, 800, 900, 1000, 1100, and 1200.
All our sizes online are displayed as Height x Width x Depth.
Door Heights are normally 5mm smaller than the unit being fitted to, and the Widths are normally 4-5mm smaller.
If you are unsure what to order, we recommend asking your fitter/installer to help you decide.
What is Non-Standard Sizing?
Non-standard is any size not shown above. If you have a requirement for non-standard-sized doors or units, please get in touch with your requirements.
Are Your Drawers and Hinges Soft Close?
Yes, all our complete kitchens for sale are manufactured using soft-close systems.
Do you fit handles?
No, handles are left for you to fit on-site, unless you order a handless kitchen. Therefore the doors will be fitted as per your order placed.
Can You Deliver Anywhere in the UK?
Yes, we can deliver our range of kitchens anywhere in the UK.
